The apartment has three bedrooms, kitchen, living room with two balconies overlooking the swimming pools. There is a large bathroom with bright tiles with the classic bathroom. Built-in kitchen with granite surfaces, electric hob, oven, cooker hood. The kitchen also has a large refrigerator, washing machine, kettle, microwave, toaster. the main bedroom has a king size bed with bedside tables and wardrobe. In the second bedroom – king size bed with bedside tables, mirror and wardrobes. In the third bedroom – two single beds with bedside tables, mirror and wardrobes. In the living room – big corner sofa, dining table and six chairs, large TV, DVD. Satellite TV, Wi-Fi is possible. Each room has air conditioning. On the balcony, there is a sofa and two chairs with a table. Iron, hair dryer, cookware, tableware, bedding and towels.

There are 4 international Golf Courses within 10-15 minutes drive. Coral Bay Tourist Area is only 12-15 minutes away.
Only 200 meters from the complex are two Mini Market who work from 6 am until late at night and the popular local Fruit & Veg Market is close by as well.
A Hire Car is a bonus whilst staying in this area, but it's not essential, as most things are within walking distance. There is a very good Public Bus Service and the local bus stops throughout the day just outside the complex. From Hesperides to the harbour - One-way ticket 1.5 euro (after 21:00 onwards the price of the one-way ticket is 2.5 euro) and only 5 euros daily ticket. Subscribe for a week ticket for only € 20 euros.

This is a beautiful apartment, big, lovely and clean, modern in a good location near to everything you need. The apartment is well situated in the complex overlooking the pool area and does not get the direct sun in the afternoon so its not to hot to sit out on the patio in the afternoons. We ate out every night but the kitchen is well equipped if you wished to cook your own meals. During the pool area was quite quiet so there were always plenty of sunbeds free. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Cyprus. We stayed for only one week so did not bother to hire a car and used the local bus service which is cheap, reliable and easy to use. My wife, daughter and I stayed at this lovely apartment the last week of November, the weather was still nice and comfortable, the pools was not warm but sea was warm and friendly. The apartment is fabulously kitted out with everything you could possibly need. Booking was so easy, Simon answering any queries quickly. Nice to be just far enough away but still within easy walking distance of the harbour and town. We have stayed in pathos numerous times and this was far and away the best we have stayed in. excellent value too. We will defiantly come back.
I just spent one week in this excellent apartment. I had a business trip to Cyprus and I found Simila Holiday Rentals online. I am really impressed with both the service and quality that I received. This apt is located in an excellent complex and all the local attractions of Paphos are just a stone throw away. I needed a car for business, but I am sure that you could stay here quite happily for a week and just enjoy relaxing by the pool. This apt is one of the best I've stayed in. Everything was supplied and in superb condition. The local mini-markets had everything I needed. Thanks to everyone at Simila for providing me with a most enjoyable few days in wonderful Paphos. My beginning to when i departed was very exciting, I want to go back....!!!!!!! The unit that i stayed in was great....Very comfortable and spacious, well organised for a family stay, Unfortunately i was on my own this trip but it was very enjoyable first experience of my stay in this property, Beautiful pools and always kept clean,security was always checking around and i felt very well looked after.. The three bedroom Penthouse was massive and all amenities were there....I will be back...
