«Hesperides Gardens» is located just a few minutes away from both the upper part of the city and the sandy beaches of Paphos, there nearest Sand beach is just an easy stroll away and has free showers, changing rooms, a beach snack bar and sunbeds / umbrellas. 

Paphos international airport is only 12 minutes away by car. 

In the harbour and on the seafront in Kato Paphos there are lots of cafes and restaurants, banks and supermarkets - all just a few minutes away, as well as the sandy municipal beach, Paphos Mall, the World Heritage Ancient Centre, Paphos Castle, Tomb of the Kings and all the other attractions of Paphos and this beautiful region. 
There are 4 international Golf Courses within 10-15 minutes drive. Coral Bay Tourist Area is only 12-15 minutes away.  
Only 300 meters from the complex are two Mini Market who work from 6 am until late at night and the popular local Fruit & Veg Market is close by as well.
A Hire Car is a bonus whilst staying in this area, but its not essential, as most things are within walking distance. There is a very good Public Bus Service and the local bus stops throughout the day just outside the complex. From Hesperides to the harbour - One-way ticket 1.5 euro and only 5 euros daily ticket. Subscribe for a week ticket for only € 20 euros.

Description

"Hesperides Gardens" is located in the heart of Kato Paphos and is a firm favourite with both regular visitors to Paphos and permanent residents. This project is a Mediterranean paradise: two gorgeous pools. The larger one is 25x15 metres and features a central island garden. The smaller quieter pool is 15x7 m, both have paved areas around the pools with sun loungers and umbrellas. This is the ideal place to relax. The magnificent well kept gardens and private grounds have green lawns, huge pines, cypresses, olive trees and flowering shrubs everywhere which is conducive to relaxation and rest from the bustle of the city. By both pools there are Grapefruit trees for you to pick and make your own fresh juice.

  • Bedrooms - 2: one bedroom with a double bed, the other with two single. Both bedrooms have private balconies, hair dryer;
  • Bathrooms - 1 main bathroom upstairs and a guest toilet on the ground floor;
  • Large covered balcony with table and chairs & parasol over looking the large pool and there is direct access from the rear garden to the pool;
  • Two large pools, only for residents and guests of Hesperides Gardens;
  • Open plan living and dining room, separate small kitchen. Panoramic sliding French doors that open out to a veranda and a small garden which leads on to the large pool area;
  • This TownHouse is furnished with modern high quality furniture with excellent taste and high-quality household appliances;

    It was a great family vacation at Simila Cyprus. Simon, the host, met us when we arrived at 8pm and made us a useful tour around the city. The property is a bit off the main tourists area, but it is close enough so you can walk to the beach, and convenient kiosks and fruits supermarket are available nearby. We used a car, but we did not have to drive more than couple minutes to get to the main attractions. Also getting in and out of Paphos was easy, as the property is nearby the main routes. The house was very clean, and well equipped to make you feel at home away from home….We had one issue with the Internet connection, but Simon took care for it immediately… The main big plus for us was the big and quiet pool. The summer in Cyprus is very hot and the pool kept our daughters happy and busy at the hot hours of the day. We would definitely recommend our friends to stay at this property in their next visit to Paphos.

Everyone is so friendly and the complex is excellent. There is everything you need within a few minutes of here. We have already booked our return trip !

    It's so nice to see a picture of a place to stay and it is exactly the true view, lovely. We could not fault it what great comfortable place stay and great area. It's about 20 minute from the main busy area. We will let our friends and family know.

    Simon met us at the apartment when we arrived and showed us around. The apartment is lovely and provides everything needed, comfortable beds, a nice living room with sofas, coffee table, tv with English channels, a dining area, a well equipped kitchen, bathroom and even a separate guest toilet. I appreciated the fans, as it was quite hot (for us from Northern Europe!) We always used the patio which was very attractive, well furnished and cool, as there are a lots of trees. The pool is opposite which was great for a quick dip and there are plenty of loungers. The garden is very well maintained. Communication with Simon was excellent. He was very friendly, gave us lots of helpful tips, brought us information and had the faulty wifi fixed immediately. All in all, it was a successful week. We were very happy with the apartment and our charming host and can thoroughly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the lovely harbour of Paphos.
