Bathrooms and guest toilet are made in beige tones in one bathroom is a classic bathroom, in the second bathroom - shower. Fitted kitchen with granite surfaces, electric hob, oven, extractor hood. A Hire Car is a bonus whilst staying in this area, but it's not essential, as most things are within walking distance. There is a very good Public Bus Service and the local bus stops throughout the day just outside the complex. From Hesperides to the harbour - One-way ticket 1.5 euro (after 21:00 onwards the price of the one-way ticket is 2.5 euro) and only 5 euros daily ticket. Subscribe for a week ticket for only € 20 euros.

We Just got back from a 2 week stay in Cyprus with the family, which - in one word - was fantastic. Good weather, nice people and great food. For this vacation, we rented an Elyssia Park accomodation via simila-cyprus.com. The house is centrally located in Paphos, couple of minutes away from shops, bakery and other amenities and a 5 minute ride to the beach. The house is very new and, as part of a bigger development, shares things like a (series of) swimming pools and a children's playground. The house was very clean, well furnished and has a nice little garden outside to enjoy the sun or relax in the shade. We were somewhat late in the season, which meant the pools were mostly private. Apart from excellent housing, the owner of Simila-Cyprus made a big difference with excellent - personal - customer service. This started pre-trip with good advice on which part of the island to stay (given our holiday preferences), picking us up from the airport, arranging for a car and - throughout the vacation - giving great tips on things to do and which local restaurants to check out. Though we primarily wanted to relax with the kids this holiday, we ended up exploring quite a bit of south-west Cyprus. There are lot's of fun things to do and cultural highlights to explore. This makes it a good destination for a family holiday. Would definately recommend simila-cyprus and their properties if you consider booking a vacation to Cyprus.
We arrived at Paphos Airport late , but still we were greeted when we arrived at Elysia Park. We stayed for a week in January with my husband and 2 friends. We had a really nice relaxing time. Wonderful complex with excellent pools and grounds and a very high quality, comfortable townhouse, within walking distance to the picturesque harbour and many shops and bars.
We stayed in this excellent Townhouse in Elysia Park and had a fantastic holiday. There is nothing Simila Cyprus Holiday Villas have not thought about. The house was immaculate and had everything you could ever need. It really is home from home. There were even toys for our kids to use. From the minute I made the enquiry to the return of my deposit at the end of the holiday the service provided is first class. Thanks to Simon and Ludmila for all your help and assistance. We really appreciated the tour guides and local maps you supplied for us. The complex is immaculate, the service team never stopped around the complex keeping it in pristine condition. Elysia Park is an superb location and i can see why many people own homes there. The pools areas is amazing so big and spacious. We regularly had the whole pool area to ourselves which was so relaxing. I think I would really struggle with a busy, noisy pool area after being spoilt on this holiday. 4 beautiful pools to swim in and separate kiddie pools too , plus a great childrens play area , everything for all the family, including comfortable wooden sunbeds in the immaculate grounds. The complex is around a 15/20 minute walk into the centre where the bars/restaurant/marina are, but we found it a pleasant walk and we felt safe enough walking home late at night. Pafos Beach is very close by and easy to walk to for a lovely day on the soft sand and crystal clear sea. Simila Cyprus Holiday Rentals provide so much information regarding getting around, good restaurants and places of interest it would be impossible not to have a fantastic holiday. I have no hesitation in recommending Elysia Park. The hire car your rented us was an added bonus and it gave us the freedom to explore this wonderful region of Cyprus. 2 weeks is just not enough time ! Just returned from this very lovely townhouse, stayed for 2 weeks with my husband and 11 yr old daughter. Fantastic pool area, very safe, security walking the complex day and night. “Luxury & Impressive” We are a Family of 5, with 2 adults 2, 13yr olds and a 7 yr old! We have had the most Anazing time in luxury surroundings. The town house was spacious and had all the equipment you need for a great self catering holiday! With a couple of kiosk shops and a brilliant wine shop just down the road , you can always get something if needed! The supermarket was brilliant and well priced. The 4 Pools here are superb, never crowded and very spacious. Sun Loungers always available and comfortable which is a big plus!! The kids spent many hours in the pools playing & chilling out. Simon has been fantastic with lots of great advice and help , nothing is ever any trouble, he met us at the House on arrival, the supplied food and wine grocery pack was great and a brilliant idea especially when you arrive very late as we did ! We will definitely be returning to Elysia Park again and we have had a very relaxing holiday in superb surroundings with friendly and helpful hosts at Simila Cyprus Holiday Rentals.
