Kathikas village is on the top of a hill at an altitude of 650 m above sea level, a 25 km drive from Paphos.
The village is situated in one of Cyprus' most picturesque corners with beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. It is trendy among tourists who want to know the real Cyprus. It is immaculate air and a pleasant sea breeze. Even on the hottest summer days, there is no humidity. Hikers, lovers of rare birds, artists and photographers come here to enjoy the island's beauty.

There are some good traditional taverns, two wineries in the village, and supermarkets and kiosk shops.
Only 15 minutes by car from Polis and Latchi Marina's picturesque towns, with all the facilities needed and well-equipped sandy and pebble beaches. Also, the famous Paphos beach of Coral Bay is only 15 minutes drive away. The Paphos region attractions are easily accessed by car, making this villa an ideal base to explore this wonderful part of Cyprus.

Villa Marina, consisting of 4 double bedrooms and is in the centre of the village of Kathikas. The Villa is new and large, located in a large green garden with lots of local colours. In the villa, you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is also suitable for people with disabilities and reduced mobility.

Mountain Village of Kathikas is loved by tourists who prefer Agro-Tourism. It is ideal for those who want to plunge into a villager's life and discover the real Cyprus. Endless vineyards captivate already at the entrance to the village. Right in the village centre is the church, a little further is the winery Sterna, which is a kind of open-air museum. Overlooking 50 acres of vineyards, an ancient cellar and a small winery.
In Kathikas, there is another winery K& K Vasilikos. It was founded by three brothers about ten years ago and is one of the Cyprus wine jewels.
In the local taverns, you fed delicious Cypriot cuisine with the freshest products at the local pub on the big screen on display sports matches and competitions. The village has two supermarkets and a bank.
This small village is a prime example of the modern lifestyle of Cypriot villagers. Here you will feel the unique rhythm of Cyprus, which so impressed the inhabitants of large cities.
The village is located between Paphos, Polis and Coral Bay at approximately the same distance - 15 minutes away by car.

  • 7 days Minimum Booking;
  • A completed booking form and 20% non-refundable deposit (+3% fee ) is required to confirm a booking;
  • Full payment of rental balance is required at least 8 weeks prior to start of the rental period. If arrival is within 8 weeks then full amount is due now;

  • Please Note - Electricity: Air Conditioners / Heating - you will receive € 50 euros credit for electricity per week. Excess electricity cost will be charged from the Security Deposit. Please use A/C units carefully and not with Doors / Windows open and do not leave on when out of the property. Excessive use of A/C is not only expensive but also bad for the environment.
  • A refundable Security and Breakages deposit of € 300 is required on arrival. This deposit is refunded after final inspection on departure.
  • Excessive Cleaning & Electricity costs will be deducted from this Bond - ask for details;
  • Check-in time after 3:00 pm and Check-out time is by 11:00 am;
  • Please note that late checkout requests are based upon availability on the date of departure;
  • Deposit Payments accepted by Debit Cards & Visa, MasterCard ;
  • Balance Payments accepted by Bank Transfer.
