These villas are located at an altitude of 680 m above sea level, at the entrance of the charming village of Droushia. The contour of the land and location means that there is a wonderful cooling breeze in the hot summers, and there is none of the overbearing humidity that is experienced at the coast below.
Included in your stay is the use of the Spa resort facilities. There is an excellent large swimming pool overlooking the sea, and you can enjoy delicious food, herbal teas, flavoured coffee and Cyprus freshest homemade pastries in the restaurant. The village of Droushia is on the top of a hill at an altitude of 630 m above sea level, 25 km drive from Paphos.
The village is situated in one of the most picturesque areas in Cyprus with fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains of Troodos, Akamas Peninsula and National Park. It is trendy among photographers, artists, hikers and lovers of rare birds. It is spotless air and pleasant sea breeze, even in the hottest summer days there is no humidity.
In this village, you experience the true life of Cyprus. In the village there are some good traditional taverns, there are a couple of supermarkets and kiosks.
If you want some fun during your holiday, you can be in 10 minutes be at two amazingly beautiful villages of Latchi and Polis. These are charming small towns located on the northwest coast of Cyprus, 40 km from Paphos. This peaceful and relaxing place, located away from busy tourist centres. Mediterranean untouched nature, not crowded, the amazing diversity of plants and animals become the most favourite places of the supporters of eco-tourism.
In Latchi, there is a picturesque bay and wonderful Marina. Here you will find small fishing boats and luxury sailing yachts and in the bustling harbour is perhaps some of the best taverns where you can try a variety of dishes from fresh fish. From the harbour, you can go on a boat trip to the beautiful Blue Lagoon at Akamas. For swimmers, there is well-equipped beaches are sandy and pebble beaches. On the beaches there are restaurants and cafes, there are sunbeds, umbrellas, toilets and parking for cars. At Latchi marina is one of Cyprus main Watersports Centres. In fact, many locals have moved their boats and yachts from Limassol marina to this superb location at Latchi Marina. The coast is excellent to explore by hired speedboat.  The sea is warm and clear water is the most beautiful turquoise.
There are no nightclub or loud pubs, and this is a wonderful relaxing location where you can enjoy the real Cyprus.  For the adventurous, there is at Akamas jeep safaris, 4x4 hire, horse riding and rental quad bikes.

Additional Information

  • We Offer a FREE 24 Hour Hold to Reserve before you pay a deposit to secure Flights etc;
  • Prices in £ Pounds Sterling;
  • 7 days Minimum Booking;
  • A completed booking form and 20% non-refundable deposit (+3% fee) is required to confirm a booking;
  • Full payment of the rental balance is required at least 8 weeks prior to start of the rental period. If arrival is within 8 weeks then full amount is due now;
  • Account Management Fee of £40 is added to the final invoice;
  • Please Note - Electricity: Air Conditioners / Heating - you will receive € 50 euros credit for electricity per week. Excess electricity cost will be charged from the Security Deposit. Please use A/C units carefully and not with Doors / Windows open and do not leave on when out of the property. Excessive use of A/C is not only expensive but also bad for the environment.
  • A refundable Security and Breakages deposit of £ 300 is required on arrival. This deposit is refunded after final inspection on departure.
  • Excessive Cleaning & Electricity costs will be deducted from this Bond - ask for details;
  • Check-in time after 3:00 pm and Check-out time is by 11:00 am;
  • Please note that late checkout requests are based upon availability on the date of departure;
