I would highly recommend Simila Cyprus… I would highly recommend Simila Cyprus car hire for anyone visiting Paphos area. From the very beginning, Julie and Simon were brilliant. Everything was organised through WhatsApp, all documents exchanged, contract, payment, pick up/drop off times, etc… which made the whole process so simple. They sent all the necessary information well in advance and kept in touch constantly, which was very reassuring. I requested a pickup from Paphos airport, and Simon was there to collect us. We went to the depot just five minutes away to get the car. The vehicle was spotless and in excellent condition. It was a kinda of Japanese import, very similar to a Toyota Yaris, and being an automatic, it was a dream to drive. It was incredibly fuel efficient too. The car came with a full tank of petrol, and I returned it the same way. I opted for the full insurance coverage as well, which gave me peace of mind while driving around Paphos without any worries. Simon was a wealth of knowledge. He gave us maps and plenty of tips on where to go, things to see, great restaurants, best road to get your hotel, shops around the hotel that were open and which were the best ones, and places to go. He warned us about the traffic light cameras, which are at some of the traffic light junctions and speed vans on certain roads. The car itself was well equipped with Apple CarPlay and a reversing camera. Simon also helped us with parking advice; we downloaded the Cyprus parking app as he suggested, which made paying for spaces very easy. Another great tip was an app that shows current fuel prices at different petrol stations, so we always got the best deal. Paphos is very easy to navigate in February. The roads were stress free and we found parking wherever we went. Simila has a good variety of car models and the prices are very fair compared to the bigger brands. Most importantly for me, no credit card was needed. I have had bad experiences with global rental companies in Spain and Portugal before, so I will never leave my credit card details with a rental firm again. I actually found Simila on Facebook while browsing a Paphos group. I am so glad I did and I will definitely use them again when we book our next trip. Cyprus is home to us and there are times when another car is needed or a place to stay for people visiting us. It's always Simila Cyprus we go to. I really liked the fast and friendly business. There was no concern about insurance coverage when renting a car. Very good service. Cars clean, nice, tidy. Driving in Cyprus was not difficult, there was little traffic. Great experience. Highly recommend!

Simon is amazing, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service. He is professional, helpful and extremely organised. He kept us informed and updated right from when we made the booking with him. He also gave us recommendations in terms of where to go as tourist and the local supermarkets. Going for the first time in Pafos (as in our case) we really needed a helping hand to get around. Street-side rental shops or major car hire brands proved to be more like an intricacy.Simon is one of those people that can only add value to your vacation. We got a hassle-free deal for a 7-seat car rental, a rock-solid insurance for EU tourists, and many great advices on where to go and what to see. Not to mention Simon was so kind to help us with transporting all the luggage to the airport . Definitely Simon is the guy to look up for a next vacation in Cyprus. First Class friendly service from Simon at Simila. We hired a car for 3 days which was delivered and collected from our Hotel at the promised times. Simon gave us info and maps of places to explore which was greatly appreciated. The car was in good condition and good value for money. Everything was explained clearly and there were no hidden extras. We would not hesitate to recommend Simila and hope to hire from Simon again in the future.

Renting a car from Simon was really smooth and pleasant experience. He answered all questions I had before I decided to rent which was what made me choose Simila. The car was in a good shape, we got with 1/2 of the tank and returned it the same. We didn't have to pay any enormous deposit which was also a plus. Automatic transmission worked great and made driving on the left side really easy. I will rent from Simon again next time I'm coming to Cyprus.

Fabulous service!
